With the aim of producing the most robust and durable Swiss wristwatches with proprietary lighting technology, innovative design and affordable prices, Luminox was founded 30 years ago.

To celebrate its milestone birthday, Luminox designed a unique wristwatch inspired by the Swiss watchmaker's first watch, the Luminox Sport Timer 1540 series from 1990.

The new edition, Sport Timer 30th Anniversary, is available in a limited edition of 730 pieces and impresses with its classic design, which nevertheless contains a modern watch thanks to current technology.

But why exactly is the watch limited to 730 pieces? The "7" stands for the month of July in 1989, which is when the Luminox company was founded in the USA. The "30" stands for the 30 successful years of Luminox.
